OEM and Private Label Footwear Manufacturer in JINXIU
We operate on a demand-driven manufacturing model tailored for global brands, wholesalers, retailers, and sourcing managers.
Rather than forcing a fixed factory approach, we adapt our development and manufacturing resources to support your specific product requirements, market positioning, and business goals.
Whether you need fully customized footwear development or branded production based on proven constructions, we help transform concepts into market-ready products.
OEM vs. Private Label: Understanding the Models
Different business stages require different manufacturing strategies. We support both OEM and Private Label projects with clear communication and transparent development processes.
OEM Manufacturing
OEM projects are developed entirely around your own product requirements.
You may provide tech packs, sketches, CAD files, reference samples, or detailed specifications. Development is built around your desired silhouette, fit, materials, and construction details.
For new constructions, our sample development support helps turn design information into physical prototypes before production.
OEM projects are generally suitable for:
- Established brands
- Buyers with unique product concepts
- Businesses requiring exclusive designs
- Companies seeking stronger product differentiation

Private Label Manufacturing
Private Label projects are based on existing footwear constructions that have already been tested and proven during development.
You customize branding, colors, materials, packaging, and selected construction details while reducing development costs and shortening time-to-market.
Private Label projects are generally suitable for:
- Retailers
- Wholesalers
- Online sellers
- New footwear brands
- Buyers testing new categories

A Transparent Manufacturing Workflow
We manage projects through a structured workflow designed to improve communication and reduce development risks.
1. Project Review and Development Planning
We review your designs, technical requirements, target pricing, and manufacturing feasibility.
If additional materials, components, or packaging resources are required, we can coordinate sourcing support through our supplier network.
2. Sample Development
The 1st prototype is developed for the last shape testing, silhouette confirmation, material evaluation, structural testing, and sizing adjustments. Sample lead time depends on outsole availability, hardware sourcing, development complexity, etc.
3. Sample Revision and Approval
After receiving your feedback, we make necessary adjustments to fit, proportions, materials, or finishing details before final approval. Delivery time varies depending on the complexity of the design.

4. PPS Approval
The Pre-Production Sample (PPS) and approved material references serve as the final standard before bulk production begins.
5. Bulk Production and Quality Control
Production follows approved specifications, with quality checks performed throughout the manufacturing process.
6. Export Preparation and Dispatch
Products are inspected, packed, matched, and prepared according to export and customer requirements before shipment.
Intellectual Property and Asset Protection
Trust is a critical part of long-term manufacturing partnerships.
We take customer intellectual property seriously and handle development assets with confidentiality.
Custom Mold Ownership
Custom outsole molds, tooling, and project-specific developments funded by the client remain associated with the client’s project. We will not show them to others.

Custom Last Ownership
Custom lasts developed specifically for your footwear project remain dedicated to future developments and repeat orders related to that project.

Brand Asset Protection
Custom logos, branded packaging, labels, and proprietary product details are used exclusively for authorized production.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can I arrange my own inspection team before shipment?
Yes. Buyers are welcome to arrange their own QC staff or 3rd inspection companies before shipment.
2. Can I start with Private Label and later move to OEM development?
Yes. Many brands begin with private-label products before gradually investing in exclusive OEM developments as their business grows, according to our experience, the OEM is the most popular working way.
3. What happens if the first sample requires changes?
Footwear development usually requires revisions during fitting and structure adjustments. We continue improving the sample based on your feedback before moving into bulk production.
Typically, we provide a limited number of free revisions. During the initial 1–2 rounds of sample testing, please make every effort to submit all required revision details comprehensively in a single batch; this allows us to finalize the revision plan efficiently. Furthermore, please strive to maintain a consistent design direction and avoid making major changes to the overall concept, as significant alterations may incur additional fees.
4. Besides footwear manufacturing, can you assist with other sourcing requirements?
Yes. Besides footwear manufacturing, we also support sourcing assistance for materials, hardware, packaging, and related supply chain coordination.
Also, our core owned-facility manufactures footwear. However, over the past 20 years, our VIP buyers started asking us to help them find other products because they got tired of dealing with a vast number of unfamiliar factory suppliers. Because we know how manufacturing works in China, we know exactly how to audit other factories. Today, we have a dedicated sourcing team that acts as a purchasing office for our long-term clients, managing everything from finding the factory to consolidating the containers.
5. Who owns custom molds and tooling?
Custom molds and tooling funded by the client remain dedicated to that client’s project.
